I previously had a food blog, but I felt it was never perfect enough for what I thought blogging standards were and it became too overwhelming. The worst part was that at some point it took the joy out of cooking for me. So I broke away from the blog and I rediscovered the joy of cooking.
Recently, I’ve realized that I do miss sharing what happens in my kitchen, so I’m going to give it a go again. Except this time, it’s just going to be me unedited, the good bad and funky.
I would describe my eating habits as moderately healthy. I make plenty of acai bowls and I heart kale. However, I also eat meat, carbs, gluten, sugar, fat, butter – in moderation. I experiment a fair amount with recipes to try to healthy it up, like cut down on the sugar, and I can honestly say that I’ve had major flops and bleh results. I’m going to bring you right along with me as I experiment even if they don’t turn out perfect so you too can learn from my mistakes.
